Junglebook Breezy
Breezy. This piece represents the flow through life. It all started with my grandmother and her love for cats, she had a tiger rug that I graciously get to have today. This piece of my grandmother connects me to her so much for our love of animals and the urge for freedom. Blue Jays connect me to my mother and hearing her soft voice emulate the bird chirps of knowledge I have needed to get me to where I am today. Not only do we love a hot cup of tea in the morning but also elephants with the trunk up for good luck. My good luck charm these days also represents my father’s spirit. The snake represents the evil in the world behind my back and the sun represents the love of our creator. Time is represented by the dandelion losing its petals in the wind and the butterflies are the lessons and transformations I’ve had to endure metamorphosis within life.
